Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 2–4 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details the moment your order leaves us. (Can’t see it? Check your junk or promotions folder, sometimes it hides there!)
For pre-order items, please refer to the product description for estimated dispatch dates.
Domestic Delivery (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes depend on your location, but most orders arrive within the estimated window from dispatch. Rural and regional areas may take a little longer.
Orders are sent Authority To Leave by default, no signature required unless you specify otherwise at checkout.
Note: we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.
International Shipping
We ship directly to the United States, US customers can order through our website at checkout and shipping costs are calculated automatically.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes are not included in your order total and may vary. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All Other Countries
We love our international plant community! For countries other than the US, we offer shipping on a quote basis. Please email us at hello@casaflore.com.au with your order details and delivery address, and we'll come back to you with a shipping quote.
All international orders are packed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
All international orders require a signature on delivery for added security. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel may be taken to your local postal depot for collection.
If your order arrives damaged or missing components, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Email hello@casaflore.com.au and our team will assist you promptly.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, your tracking link will provide the most up-to-date delivery estimates. Please allow time for the tracking to update after shipping.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
We take every care to package your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Send these to hello@casaflore.com.au and our friendly team will assist you as a priority.
