Shipping Policy

At Casa Floré, we know how exciting it is to green your space — and we’re committed to getting your plant accessories to you quickly, safely, and smoothly.

 

Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 2–4 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details the moment your order leaves us. (Can’t see it? Check your junk or promotions folder, sometimes it hides there!)

 

For pre-order items, please refer to the product description for estimated dispatch dates.

 

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes depend on your location, but most orders arrive within the estimated window from dispatch. Rural and regional areas may take a little longer.

 

Orders are sent Authority To Leave by default, no signature required unless you specify otherwise at checkout.

 

Note: we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.

 

International Shipping

We ship directly to the United States, US customers can order through our website at checkout and shipping costs are calculated automatically.

 

Please note that customs duties or import taxes are not included in your order total and may vary. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

All Other Countries

We love our international plant community! For countries other than the US, we offer shipping on a quote basis. Please email us at hello@casaflore.com.au with your order details and delivery address, and we'll come back to you with a shipping quote.

 

All international orders are packed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

 

All international orders require a signature on delivery for added security. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel may be taken to your local postal depot for collection.

 

If your order arrives damaged or missing components, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Email hello@casaflore.com.au and our team will assist you promptly.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, your tracking link will provide the most up-to-date delivery estimates. Please allow time for the tracking to update after shipping.

 

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

We take every care to package your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Send these to hello@casaflore.com.au and our friendly team will assist you as a priority.

Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Casa Floré experience, from the moment you order to the moment your product is styled in your space.

 

Perfect Fit Guarantee - 30 Days

We know buying a floor-to-ceiling plant stand online takes a leap of faith. So here's our promise: if your stand doesn't fit your ceiling or your space, we'll take it back and refund every cent. No paperwork, no hassle.

 

How it works:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@casaflore.com.au
  • Let us know it didn't fit — that's all we need
  • We'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Once we receive the item back, we'll issue a full refund, every cent

 

The product can be assembled and tested. We just ask that it's returned in a reasonable condition with its original components.

This guarantee applies to all tension plant stand purchases and is separate from your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which apply in addition.

 

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

We carefully quality-check all orders, but if something isn't right, we'll make it right. Please email hello@casaflore.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Once verified, we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Exchanges

Prefer something different? You’re welcome to exchange your item.

Exchanges are subject to availability. All return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the item must meet the same return condition guidelines.

Orders are processed in 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at hello@casaflore.com.au. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100.
For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout as prices may vary depending on location, weight, and customs requirements.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location and carrier, but in most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within 2–10 business days Australia-wide from the date of dispatch. Rural areas may take a little longer.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via reliable, tracked courier services to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
