At Casa Floré, we know how exciting it is to green your space — and we’re committed to getting your plant accessories to you quickly, safely, and smoothly.

 

Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 2–4 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details the moment your order leaves us. (Can’t see it? Check your junk or promotions folder — sometimes it hides there!)

For pre-order items, please refer to the product description for estimated dispatch dates.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and carrier, but in most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within 2–10 business days Australia-wide from the date of dispatch. Rural areas may take a little longer.

 

Carriers We Use

We ship using reliable services such as Australia Post and selected courier partners. Orders are sent Authority To Leave by default, meaning no signature is required unless you specify otherwise at checkout.

 

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders may require a signature on delivery. Please note that customs duties or import taxes are not included in your order and may vary by country — these are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, your tracking link will provide the most up-to-date delivery estimates. Please allow time for the tracking to update after shipping.

 

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

We take every care to package your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Send these to hello@casaflore.com.au and our friendly team will assist you as a priority.

International Shipping Policy

We’re proud to offer international shipping so plant lovers around the world can enjoy Casa Floré's thoughtfully designed accessories.

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us — we may be able to arrange a custom shipping option for you.

 

All international orders are packed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your parcel's journey.

 

Delivery times vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services. Import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are not included in your order total and may be charged upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Casa Flore cannot predict or cover them. All international orders require a signature on delivery for added security. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel may be taken to your local postal depot for collection.

 

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it. You can track your parcel’s progress and estimated arrival time at any point.

 

If your order arrives damaged or missing components, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence. Email us at hello@casaflore.com.au, and our team will assist you promptly.

Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Casa Flore experience — from the moment you order to the moment your product is styled in your space. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we’re here to help with store credits and product support if something’s not quite right.

 

We offer store credit for eligible returns on full-priced items. Refunds are not available unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging.

Returned within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase.

We don’t accept returns for change of mind on sale items.

Returns incur a $15 AUD restocking & admin fee and are shipped at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is confirmed faulty.

 

Please email our team at hello@casaflore.com.au before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and a return address.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit via email, valid for 120 days.

 

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

We carefully quality-check all orders, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Please email hello@casaflore.com.au within 24 hours of delivery, with: your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photos showing the fault or damage.

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as per your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Exchanges

Prefer something different? You’re welcome to exchange your item.

Exchanges are subject to availability. All return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the item must meet the same return condition guidelines.

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at hello@casaflore.com.au. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200.
For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout as prices may vary depending on location, weight, and customs requirements.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
