Casa Floré First Birthday Refund Draw. Promotion period 1–21 September 2026.

2. Promotion period
The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on Tuesday 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 21 September 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
Each completed order placed at casaflore.com.au during the promotion period receives one entry into the draw. Entry is by ordinary purchase at normal retail value; no separate entry fee applies.
Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, or identified by the Promoter as fraudulent are void, and any entries associated with them are withdrawn.
5. Draws
Three draws will be conducted at 10:00am AEST at the Promoter's premises on the following dates:
- Tuesday 8 September 2026
- Tuesday 15 September 2026
- Tuesday 22 September 2026
All valid entries received from the start of the promotion period up to 11:59pm AEST on the day before each draw are eligible for that draw. Winners are selected at random. A winner of an earlier draw is excluded from subsequent draws.
6. Prize
Each winner receives a refund of the total amount paid for their winning order, returned to the original payment method used for that order.
The maximum prize value is $1,000 AUD per winner. The maximum total prize pool across all three draws is $3,000 AUD. The prize is not transferable and no cash or alternative prize is available beyond the refund described above.
Winning an order refund does not affect the customer's right to keep the goods ordered, nor their rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Notification and payment
Winners will be notified by email at the address used to place the winning order, within two business days of the relevant draw. Refunds are processed within five business days of notification.
The Promoter may publish a winner's first name and suburb on its website, in its emails and on its social media channels.
8. Unclaimed prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen days of the relevant draw, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and is used only for the purpose of conducting the promotion and notifying winners.
10. General
The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance or use of a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable Australian trade promotion requirements. The total prize pool falls below the permit thresholds applying in New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and South Australia, and accordingly no permit number is displayed.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed between 1 September and 11 September 2026 are dispatched from Monday 14 September 2026, the day our incoming stock arrives at our Australian warehouse. Orders placed from 12 September onwards are dispatched within our standard 2–4 business day window.
This dispatch date is stated at the point of purchase. Customers who would prefer not to wait may cancel for a full refund at any time before their order is dispatched by emailing hello@casaflore.com.au.
